If you are not 100% satisfied with your Brfur product(s), we will work with you to make things right.

How we do that:

If you purchased directly from our site, you have two options:

• Receive a direct replacement of the product if still available OR receive a current product that is comparable to your return.
• Receive a full refund of your purchase upon return of the product.

If you didn’t purchase directly from our site, you have one option:

• Receive a direct replacement of the product if still available OR receive a current product that is comparable to your return.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping to the Brfur warehouse in Stevens Point, WI.  The best way to ship a product back is through the United States Postal Service.
